CS2008: Calendar control status update
It's been a while since I last posted anything, so I now would be a good time give everyone a status update on what it happening with the calendar control as well other other add-ons that I have planned. The last time that I worked on the control I discovered several issues with the core functionality of CS2008 that made it impossible to create a functional control. I sent the issues to Telligent and I am hoping that they are all addressed when SP1 is released, but I won't know until it is released with the SDK patches.
This means that the control will not be available this month. I was hoping to have it ready by the end of the month, but with my current work load and the fact that the service pack will most likely not be ready until the end of the month there isn't enough time to do anything. Work on the CFS Module is going to begin very soon, and should only take about 2 weeks to complete. Once it is ready there will be an announcement at WGB Enterprises, which is also where I will most likely be moving my personal BLOG (I'll leave a mirror on this site for the time being at least).
