I enjoyed the CS Bit from yesterday's Byte capturing a rant about Community Server's use of serialized data in key/value fields from a developer who was frustrated migrating the data in SQL to another application (as opposed to using the CS API to do it.) Jose announced today that a pre-release version of SP3 for Community Server 2007 is now available on communityserver.org . This service pack includes many bug fixes, performance enhancements (including server-side caching optimizations and an updated, 75% smaller version of the TinyMCE editor), and a few new features.
